This image was taken at Bodie State Historic Park. Through the years I have visited quite a few ghost towns, and I consider Bodie to be the best one of them all. D700 + 24-85 f/2.8-4 was used. Comments are welcome...

Great shots of the GBH, Rick. Did you notice any improvement in the auto focus performance over your D700 or D7200? I wouldn't be surprised if the D500 (together with the D5) will set a new standard for what to expect...

Tim I can't comment on the Sigma but I do have the Tamron. After following some of the members here and some emails with them is the reason I purchased it along with the price. I use it on my D7100 and D700. The lens...
