full frame and crop, crop usually mean aps-c which your d7000 fit, even your d90...

, the D90, I often got blown highlights blinkies in scenes containing snow... compared with the D90. Apparently the sensor amplifiers in the D800... work than those from my D90 if I wanted to show detail in the highligts...

Hi Chip, I don't have a D90 but I don't remember the viewfinder information display ever being disabled when the Viewfinder Grid Display was turned on with any of my camera bodies....

Doesn't it depend on just what camera we're speaking of? This sub-forum is about all D7x00 family, not just the D7000 itself. OP has a D90, so which one he's asking about is, I believe, ambiguous. D7100's and 7200's...
