I could not agree more with your statement on the D90. I bought the D7100 as soon as it came out and kept my D90 as a back up and for my wife to use. I recently acquired another D90 from a friend of mine that was moving...

Had the D90, moved to the D7100. Film cameras before. Then the D750 came along, a bit of research told me could use it well for astrophotography... AF system. There is nothing wrong with DX, have a 24x36 print off my D90...

In June I was out snap-shooting at an industrial park near my home. I like this scene, especially when converted to black-and-white in Photoshop CS6. D90, aperture priority, f/8, ISO 400, 18-55mm kit lens at 18mm, hand...

Good point on the potential fragility of some parts of those bodies. But- I recently upgraded from a D90 (preceded by a D70) to a D7100. The battery door, in particular, has two improvements. First, a catch to hold...

Hi Brian, Totally agree with you. I used the 16-85 coupled up with the 70-300 VR for several years on a D90, D300s and a D7200. Although I have other lenses, I was always happy with the 2 lens "package" when out shooting...
