My story starts 12 years ago, when I got a Markins M20 head. Since... as the Markins, only slightly smoother (I never expected that, even by a tiny... is that the K-40x costs only $166, about half of the price of a Markins...

Arca-Swiss compatible accessories made by Markins, RRS, Kirk, and Wimberley. I have Lever Clamps made by Markins & RRS and Screw Clamps made by Markins, RRS, Kirk, and Wimberley and have never had any problems with mixing...
