Hi Michael, Welcome to Nikonians! Assuming that your 35mm prime is the 35mm f/2 or the 35mm f/1.4 and not the 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX, all of your lenses are fully compatible with FX bodies....

Any one shoots with both a 35mm and a 50mm primes on a full frame body for general photography? I have the Nikon 50mm and been reading rave reviews about the Sigma 35mm....

35mm is not an oddball, on a D300 it's a "normal" perspective. The new Nikon 35mm f1.8 AFS is fast, sharp, and cheap but it's DX and won't work on the F100....

Will the 35mm f/1.4 AIS meter on my F100 and D300? On the 35mm f/2 AF how easy is it to focus manually?....

Keep in mind that the 35mm 2.0 MF lenses are completely different optically than the 35mm 2.0 AF lenses....
