Never being satisfied with what Nikon did with the D800 I have stayed with my D300 and D700 combo for years. So when the D810 came out, I felt that it would be time to upgrade. Well, after looking at the camera at my store...

there is no comparison with more current bodies, particularly my D700... . So while my D700 or D4 with their f2.8 zooms or f1.4 primes will take...

I have been trying to get myself a used D700 I have a fairly strict budget that i need to stick to so have been struggling to find one that fits the bill.
I have seen some D7100's falling into my price range...

My D700 would not power up. I used two freshly charged batteries with no success. I took the battery out and inserted into my Nikon grip and it successfully powered up. I removed the grip and inserted a battery...

This theatre was designed by Timothy Pflueger, a prominent architect and designer in the San Francisco Bay Area in the first half of the 20th Century.
Camera: D700 + 85 mm. f/1.8. Exposure: 1/125, f.2.8, and ISO 200...

its only when I went "extreme" with a 97 slice stack in PS that I found I needed the 32
That was my best guess as the stack would freeze and I had a look at PS Preferences and it was only using ...
