I guess I never thought of the D90 as a "newer" camera. The D700 came out in July of 2008, the D90 in August of 2008. The D3s came out in October of 2009. So the D90 is also "newer" than the D3s, which isn't...

questions from folks who have experienced a conversion with their D90 and only those that are specific to my D90 with specific interest in WB issues... a D90, I will select someone (seems that Lifepixel is pretty good option...

My D90 is now used solely for garden birds and macros. It's just too big & heavy to take anywhere. I've got the wonderful Ricoh GR, which is always in a pocket with me. I'll always love my D90, but it's probably the one...

Late adopter. Bought my D90 in 2010. Bought my D700 2012 (after the D800/D600 announcement). And my next camera will be a "new" (to me) D3s... after my camera!!! D700, D90, D70s(IR), F100, F80, F4s, F Photomic FTn...

I'm guessing mostly institutional sales for research, astronomy, ect. When folks get used to using a tool, sometimes it's hard to get them to change. (step away from that D90... lol)...
