Compulsive, obsessive behavior means that you will eternally look for the perfect camera. Just stop and realize that there will always be glitches and things that are unexplainble. Enjoy your camera....

My F5 would be a perfect camera if it also had a small digital preview to check exposure etc. Is there such a beast?...

I use older 500C/M, but it's similar. This is a perfect camera! With superb (and very pricey as well...) Zeiss lenses, it makes an unbeatable system. Here is the link regarding the lenses: http://www.zeiss.de/de/photo/home...

hmmhmm I'm starting to learn that there's no such thing as the perfect camera, perfect tripod, perfect head, perfect bag...or perfect film. I guess trial and error is what makes photography fun....

One wonders why Nikon does not include an automatic built in GPS in all their new Cameras. It would have made the 800e a more perfect camera solution for me....
